Orders are sent by mail twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Mail within Spain is now delivered in normal time, taking 2-3 working days with Standart shipping. International orders can take 5 to 15 business days, depending on whether you are ordering from within or outside Europe. I can’t guarantee these delivery times, but I will do my best to send your orders as quickly as possible.

CUSTOMS

Orders sent out of the EU will be accompanied by a customs label. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.

DELETIONS

If you want to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so until the planning process begins. The planning process begins when we start personalizing the ordered product.

RETURN

Please note that wedding stations are personalized. Promotional products and personalized products cannot be returned!

However, if they are damaged during transportation, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can find a solution to solve the problem.
